Necessary costs other than the price of the product :
We will charge shipping costs. Free shipping only for Japan on orders over JPY 20,000 (excluding tax).

Delivery time
For in-stock items, we will ship within 5 business days. For Ordered Products products, the delivery date is shown on each item page, so please check before ordering.

Payment method
Credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard) can be used.

Payment deadline
Payment will be confirmed upon validation of the product order.

Questions regarding a special return agreement
We can only accept product returns if the product is faulty.
We take every possible measures to control the quality of our products, but if you believe that the product is faulty and you receive a different product from what you ordered, we will respond by returning or exchanging the product. In this case, please contact us in advance by e-mail within 7 days of the item's arrival and return it to us so that we can check the condition of the item. (If you return the item before contacting us, we may not be able to reply to you.)

In addition, we cannot accept exchanges for products that falls under any of the following :
-Items that has  past 8 days after arrival
-Products that have been damaged by the customer (scratch, smell, any kinds of damage)
-When in return, the condition of the product (including boxes or any packaging) is significantly different from that at the time of delivery.
-Products for which no faulty has been found within our standards
-Please note that delivery may take some time when ordered product is returned and exchanged, as it will be produced again.

Ordered products will be produced after the receipt of the order, so we cannot accept cancellation after payment.

About "Cooling-off" :
"Cooling-off" is a Japanese system applied to door-to-door sales. No withdrawal period is required for mail order sales. Therefore please note that the withdrawal system does not apply to online purchases.
